CONTACT
After you have contacted us by contact form, phone call or e-mail we will call you for a brief chat and to go true outlined details and potential design of your project. An approximate timeline and budget for your project will be discussed. All of this is free of cost.
HOME VISIT
Our designer will call to your home where they will have a chat about what you are hoping to achieve. We will advise you on how to make the best use of the space available and discuss which is the right service for you to create a bright and spacious, open, light filled, well insulated home. In this meeting specifications, design brief, timeline and budget details will be discussed. If you would like to go ahead a project, 3D drawings, a detailed quote and a detailed survey of your house will be made, for a small fee.
STARTING THE PROJECT
In this meeting you will have agreed with the design, budget and specifications, we will then confirm a starting date + prospective timeline for the project.If you are happy to proceed, work will then commence at the scheduled time and will be completed in the agreed time frame.
INTERIORS
Tough Oak also providean additional complete interiors services where you will be given a list of approved suppliers where you can go to look at flooring, interior doors, tiles etc. This allows us to give our clients with busy life-styles the option of an additional full bespoke service where we can take care of all the running around and help you make all the decisions on kitchen, bathroom suites, flooring, appliances, windows, doors, furniture, garden design and layout, etc.
COMPLETION
Let us build and design your home. Unwind and watch while your project takes shape. You will be updated regularly.
